Several casino brands across many markets, each with its own identity, site, and campaigns, and offers that differ from one market to the next. Every team needs design, data, and tools faster than a normal build cycle delivers them.
02 constraints
A lean team in a regulated industry. New ideas have to prove themselves before they get development time, and anything that runs every day has to run without someone watching it.
03 solution
One R&D function across the group. It designs for the brands, prototypes ideas before they reach development, automates the repetitive work, and builds the internal tools other teams run on.
